Zünd will present its complete solutions for textile cutting at SAMAB 2025, a fashion technologies event in Milan running from 27-29 May.
Produced in collaboration with the Portuguese software house, Mind, the combination of hardware and software will offer competitive advantages for future-oriented textile companies. Enabling precise alignment on patterned fabrics, it ensures optimal material utilisation and significantly reduces errors in the production process, explained Zünd. Trends such as batch size one, fast fashion, and mass customisation require flexible and efficient production processes – which Zünd claims to have solutions for.
At the show, the company will present technologies specifically developed for the demanding requirements of the textile industry. This includes addressing some of the most common challenges, such as the reliable detection of material defects, optimal processing of CAD data, and precise alignment of patterned fabrics.
“Our systems enable fashion companies to quickly respond to market trends while maintaining the highest quality standards,” explained Katrin Dotzauer, global market manager fashion at Zünd.
“Our solutions are the tailored answer to industry trends such as customization, local-for-local production, and seamless integration in terms of Industry 4.0, making them the first choice in the fashion industry.”
